Welcome to the Youth Page of Carrigaline Union. Here you’ll find info on what’s happening for young people.
What is Youth Group? Well, it’s a space where anyone in secondary school can come along and hang out. As well as somewhere to play a few games, it’s somewhere to chat, relax and share the ups and downs of life in a Christian setting. If you’re lucky, the leaders won’t start telling you how it was “when we were young…”! 😉
The Youth Group meet from 7 – 9pm in the Parish Hall, each 2nd Sunday night. We also aim at heading along to any CDYC events happening in the Diocese. For more info on events run by the Diocesan Youth Council, go to http://cdyc.ballineen.com/There’s usually one or two cars heading from Carrigaline to CDYC events so try and get a spin with one of them if you can. For more info, contact Peter at 086 3453361 or email the office at firstname.lastname@example.org
It has been brought to our attention that there are many parishioners who may not be aware of Safeguarding Trust and it’s role in regard to the safety and well being of our children and young people within the Parish. Please check out the details on this website under the heading ‘Safeguarding Trust’ which is the Church of Ireland’s code of good practice for ministry with children.
