Site back up but lots of changes ongoing!

The site update is not going as quickly as Simon thought. However, this site should be mostly operational by Friday August 19th, with parish notices appearing before then. Please note that a lot of the features on the site are still not operational and one or two may still be unavailable by the 19th. It is hoped that these changes will make the site more accessible and attractive.
