Junior Heroes Holiday Club

 

The Rector writes; We had a very successful Junior Heroes!  Holiday Club this week (22-26 July 2013) and I was so proud of all our  Junior Leaders   : Simon, Rachel L,  Alison, Ali, Oriel, Christina & Robbie who were there each day helping the little ones to learn more about God through music, puppets, dancing and drama.    Thanks also to Alice, Michael,  Aaron,  Daniel & Rachel  W-P who helped along the way with preparation but who were unable to help during the actual week because of other commitments.  The gang of teens from Templebreedy Parish mixed very well with our lot and the Revd Isobel and her husband Norman were also delighted with the way the week went.  I must also thank the Garda vetted adults in our parish who helped out during the week. It couldn’t have happened without  Hilary W-P, Ingrid & Hilary D. Lastly thank you to all the parents of the lovely children who actually attended!  I hope they enjoyed the Parent’s Night as much as we did!  Roll on next year’s Holiday Club (after a nice long rest for the aging Rector ! )
